What to include in an error report
- Game name, server or region, affected coupon code and the Jigemha page URL
- The correction, an official source URL, and the date and time you checked it
- For site errors: device, browser, steps to reproduce and error message. Hide personal information in screenshots.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, identity documents or private account information. These are not needed to investigate coupon errors.
